What to include in your referral.
The more detail you share, the better we can match your patient with the right psychologist. Include the MHTP, signed referral letter addressed to MeHelp Psychology, and any clinical context you think is relevant.
Signed referral letter
Addressed to MeHelp Psychology. Standard letter format. Include the patient's name, DOB, and a brief clinical context.
Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP)
Completed plan, current date, with all signatures. We use this to enable Medicare bulk billing.
Patient contact details
Phone number and email so our intake team can reach out to book their first session.
Anything relevant we should know
Risk factors, language needs, gender preference for the psychologist, prior therapy history. Optional but helpful.
