Our EAP model is designed to give every employee the right kind of support, when they need it most, while also offering clear pathways for ongoing care.
You choose the number of sessions you’d like to offer each employee, whether it’s three, five, or ten.
There are no setup fees and no lock-in contracts, you’ll only be billed for sessions actually used.
Each organisation receives a dedicated booking link, making it easy for employees to schedule confidential sessions with a qualified psychologist.
Appointments are available within 48 hours, via secure telehealth video or phone, anywhere in Australia.
All sessions are delivered by registered psychologists experienced in both workplace and personal mental health challenges, from stress and burnout to communication difficulties, leadership pressures, grief, or relationship issues

Our model recognises that sometimes an issue starts in the workplace, and sometimes it doesn’t. We provide two simple pathways to ensure every employee gets the right type of support:
If the issue relates to work, such as conflict, workload stress, or adjustment to change, sessions are covered under the organisation’s EAP allocation.
Additional sessions can be requested and pre-approved if needed.
If, during sessions, it becomes clear that the issue is more personal in nature, the employee can transition seamlessly into our bulk-billed psychology service with no out-of-pocket cost.They’ll simply obtain a Mental Health Care Plan through their own GP, or via one of our online GP partners.This ensures continuity of care, the same psychologist, same level of support, without interruption.
Traditional EAPs can be limiting, most offer only three sessions, which often isn’t enough time to explore the real issue. Our model bridges that gap by ensuring ongoing support is always an option.
