With rapidly changing professional and personal lifestyles, and various modes of living, we are re-shaping the way you seek help.
At MeHelp, we understand that not everyone is able to access Mental Health Services in the traditional sense. Our services offer an alternative solution that allows you to access quality mental health professionals from the comfort of your own space. All of our services are provided online, in your own time and at your convenience.
Our services uphold professional standards by ensuring all of our psychologists hold full registration with the governing body of the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency (AHPRA). So, you can ensure that you are receiving the professional standard of care.

THE EFFICACY OF ONLINE THERAPY
Is Online Therapy Effective?
The ease and convenience of online therapy and being able to talk to a therapist from the privacy of one's own home seems to be drawing consumers, particularly those among the generations who are accustomed to interacting with people through the use of technology.
One major question that is often asked by first-time users is the effectiveness of online therapy. This is a great question and there is plenty of evidence to discuss. With the rapidly growing area of the online therapeutic industry, there has been mounting evidence outlining its' benefits and possible hazards. While all modes of therapy have their fair share of advantages and disadvantages, the primary question for online therapy is its' clinical efficacy in comparison to face-to-face therapy.
The current research in the area of Telehealth where much of the research tests use videoconferencing as the modality, indicate that online therapy is equivalent to face-to-face therapy in various settings and across various treatments. Many of the studies can be found in the bibliography format by the Telemental Health Institute.
